Designed to support education in the health sciences, it combines scientific knowledge with practical learning, promoting an innovative and student-centred environment.

The facility provides access to professional kitchen equipment and dedicated workstations, supporting hands-on experiences in nutrition, culinary techniques, and food innovation.

Equipment

The Kitchen Lab is equipped with professional appliances and tools that support practical cooking and nutrition activities. Facilities include preparation worktops, induction hob with integrated extraction, ovens, refrigerator, sink, mixer, blender, food processor, weighing scales, cookware, and other utensils required for culinary demonstrations and hands-on sessions.

The space is designed to provide a safe, functional, and versatile environment for both professional training and community-based programmes.

Includes dedicated workstations designed for practical and collaborative learning.

The layout supports food preparation, cooking demonstrations, and nutrition-focused activities, encouraging interaction between trainers, healthcare professionals, students, and participants. The space helps translate nutritional knowledge into practical culinary experience.

A fully equipped auditorium with seating for up to 86 guests, featuring modern audiovisual systems for presentations, conferences, seminars, etc.

A variety of meeting and training rooms with different capacities, all equipped with audiovisual facilities to support workshops, presentations, and collaborative sessions
